Areas of interest:
Working with clients with Anxiety disorders, Psychosomatic disorder, Psychosis, Stress disorder, Marital problems, Workplace-related problems, Addiction-related problem, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorders. Behavior management programmes for children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and parent training are also areas of interest. Narrative therapy and art therapy in case of children are also preferred.
Mode of therapeutic approaches used are Cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioural therapy, positive psychotherapy, couples therapy, family therapy, suicide prevention approaches and cognitive stimulation therapy for neuro-cognitive impairments.
