She is the Head of the Department and Associate Professor at the Department of Clinical Psychology, Institute of Psychiatry, Kolkata. She is an executive committee member of the eastern zone of Indian Association of Clinical Psychologist (IACP).
Besides, she is also a trained Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner.
