Her work includes consulting with children and adults experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities, caregivers and families in responding
to a range of issues that include ADHD, emotional issues and school related challenges. She also works with deaf community as a Sign Language Educator. She conducts support groups and group therapy sessions as well as workshops for neurodiverse community and their families. She conducts Parenting workshop for children.
The idea of creating self-help group for the neurodiverse community has been acknowledged by Dulwich Center of Narrative Practices, Adelaide, Australia.
She uses Narrative Therapy and Ideas and SRV informed strategies in her workspace to enhance the competency and identity of the person to lead a dignified and meaningful life.
